Dan’s prior experience as a lawyer for WorkCover Queensland, and in a firm where he regularly acted for and advised one of Queensland’s CTP insurers, has given him valuable insights into how the insurers will view his client’s case and what he needs to do to meet, and defeat, those challenges.
